At 365 Blueprint Academy, we are committed to creating transformational tools that support your growth — from premium journals and digital products to mentorship and beyond.

We stand by the quality and intention behind everything we create. Each journal, course, or download is built to help you move with structure, clarity, and momentum. That said, we understand that sometimes things don't go to plan. Below is our full return policy for physical and digital purchases across our platforms.


Physical Products (Journals & Printed Goods)

We currently offer returns only on unused, unopened physical products. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unsealed and in its original packaging

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Posted at the customer’s expense unless faulty or incorrect

Please note: Journals that have been written in or show signs of use cannot be returned. This ensures every customer receives a fresh, untouched copy and maintains the quality standards we are proud of.

To request a return, please contact us at support@brandblueprintco.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo if applicable. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the item.


Digital Products (Ebooks, Courses, and Templates)

All digital products including PDF downloads, workbooks, and courses are non-refundable once accessed or delivered. These items are instantly accessible and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

We advise reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchase. If you have any issues accessing your files or questions about the content, our team is happy to help — just reach out to support@brandblueprintco.com.


Mentorship & Services

Due to the nature of 1:1 or group mentorship, all bookings and programme access are final. If you're unsure whether a mentorship path is right for you, we recommend exploring the free content and foundational courses first at www.365blueprintacademy.co.uk.


Future Products and Sub-Brands

Products purchased via our dedicated shop platform — shop.365blueprintacademy.co.uk — will follow the same policy unless otherwise stated. New launches, bundles, and limited releases may carry specific terms which will always be clearly outlined on the product page.
