At 365 Blueprint Academy, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely, promptly, and in excellent condition. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship physical journals and other tangible items.
Processing Time
All physical product orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, and select international destinations.
If your country does not appear at checkout and you wish to place an order, please contact support@brandblueprintco.com for a custom quote.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. All prices are listed in GBP.
We use reliable tracked services to ensure peace of mind at fair rates.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your item arrives damaged, please email support@brandblueprintco.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos of the product and packaging.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, we will support you in resolving the issue with the courier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
While we are not responsible for courier delays, we will always act in good faith to assist you.
Customs and Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees vary by country and are not included in your purchase total.
