2. Use of Our Site and Products
You may not use our content or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You agree not to copy, reproduce, resell, exploit, or misuse any portion of the products or content made available through this site.
Any breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of access to your products or services.
3. Digital Products and Course Access
All digital downloads, templates, and course materials are for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, redistributing, or attempting to resell any digital content is strictly prohibited.
We do not offer refunds for digital products once delivered or accessed, including journals in PDF format, courses, or online training materials.
Access to course content is granted for the lifetime of the product unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to update, archive, or remove products with advance notice.
4. Mentorship and Coaching Services
Mentorship programmes are delivered as booked and are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a session, you may request a reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
No guarantees of business results are made. Outcomes are determined by your participation, effort, and implementation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content including text, logos, graphics, downloads, journal frameworks, and course materials belong to 365 Blueprint Academy or Brand Blueprint Co. You may not copy, adapt, or publish this content in any format without prior written consent.
6. Prices and Availability
We reserve the right to update product prices, availability, and content without notice. Prices listed are in GBP unless stated otherwise.
We may change or discontinue a product or service at any time.
7. Account and Billing Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current purchase information for all orders made on our platform. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or misuse.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Physical products are shipped using standard services and timeframes are outlined at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
Digital products are delivered via email or instant download and should be accessed within 24 hours of purchase. If you have not received your file, please contact support@brandblueprintco.com.
9. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. Physical products may be returned if unused and in original condition. Used or written-in journals cannot be returned. Digital and course products are non-refundable once accessed.
10. Limitation of Liability
365 Blueprint Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damages arising from the use of our site, products, or services. All tools are offered for educational purposes only.
We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes or income levels.
